St Michael’s Hospice provides light, smiles, laughter, empathy and understanding. Our teams are committed to improving the quality of life for people living with life-limiting illnesses, as well as supporting their families and loved ones during one of the most challenging periods they will face.

Spiritual Care

Our chaplains and spiritual care volunteers are here to offer support and are available for home visits.

Make a referral

Patients can be referred to the Hospice either by their GP, community nurse specialist, district nurse, hospital doctor or consultant.

The Hospice’s tranquil setting cannot be underestimated. It’s miles away from the frenetic hubbub of everyday life. Here, I have been able to relax and spend my mornings watching the sunrise. It does wonders for the soul
