This acclaimed Breathworks Mindfulness for Health Course is a developmental exploration of mindful ways and approaches to learn skills and behaviours, that build and embed over the seven weeks.
These skills and practices will help to deal and be with our health concerns, to reduce and relieve anxieties, and find ease in the stresses of our busy life as well as is possible.
