The next Mindfulness All Day Practice will take place on Sunday 20th October.
This Practice will be a silent retreat helping nourish and restore our sense of wellbeing. There will be a number of lying, sitting and movement practices.
It’s open to those with a regular meditation practice, those who have done a Mindfulness course, or those wishing to explore Mindfulness.
