Chinese Medicine

This is a link for a 20-minute video of three practices to help strengthen the lung demonstrated by Peter Deadman. Although they are shown standing They could easily be done seated: 

1. deep, slow, lower abdominal breathing,
2. two gentle movements to benefit the lung,
