Enjoy five afternoons exploring how Mindfulness can guide you to relate helpfully to life’s challenges – with ill health, chronic conditions and the anxieties and stresses of our everyday life.

This Mindfulness for Health Course takes place on Zoom and face-to-face at St Michael’s Hospice.

It will be held over five sessions, every other Sunday, starting 23rd January and concluding 20th March.

Fee £60 [includes books, CD’s/downloads]

This course will explore how Mindfulness can guide you to relate helpfully to life’s challenges; with ill health, chronic conditions and the anxieties and stresses of our everyday life.

This course is open to everyone, not only those with a connection to the Hospice. It will be led by Gail Calthrop RN and Breathworks Mindfulness Practitioner and Mark Brothers RN and Breathworks Mindfulness Practitioner.

Course participants are required to cover the cost of their course materials which are £60, which includes text book, CD’s/downloads, a course workbook and handouts..
