An opportunity to take some time for yourself.

This day will be a silent retreat helping nourish and restore our sense of wellbeing.
There will be a number of lying, sitting and movement practices, plus a shared lunch.

Open to those with a regular meditation practice and/or those who have done a Mindfulness course or similar.
