Hellens Garden Festival carries the theme ‘Growing the Future – The Revolution Starts Here’.

The annual two-day event at Hellens Manor, Much Marcle  wows visitors each summer – and 2022 is expected to be no different.

Returning speakers this year include the renowned BBC Radio 2 gardener Terry Walton, horticultural journalist Tamsin Westhorpe, and acclaimed gardeners Hannah Genders and John Cunningham.

Visitors can also browse stalls offering a diverse range of rare and specialist plants, plus handmade and crafted products, and sample some of the best locally-produced food and drink.

Since 2006, almost £70,000 has been donated to St Michael’s Hospice from the Festival.

Funds this year will again come to St Michael’s, and the Back to the Wild Community Interest Company.

“Last year was such a successful Hellens Garden Festival, and we can’t wait to welcome visitors again this summer,” said Gail Calthrop, the Festival’s Co-Creative Director.
