• Runners must complete their run between 12am Monday 12th October and 7pm Sunday 18th October
  • Runs must be uploaded by 8pm on Sunday 18th October.
  • All participants must adhere to the Highway Code at all times
  • All participants using Strava must be at least 13 years old, children younger than 13 must complete their run accompanied by an adult who must inform us of the name of the child taking part.
  • All participants must ensure they have the required level of fitness to complete their chosen distance
  • All entrants should have emergency contacts with them and let someone know when they anticipate finishing their RUN
  • Social distancing and all government rules must be adhered to at the time of your race.
  • Routes with significant negative elevation will not be counted (not all downhill routes)
  • Runs must be 5km (3.1miles) 10K (6.2 miles) or Half Marathon 13.1 miles (21.1K) in length (reasonable GPS margin of error).
  • Results will be based on “time elapsed” rather than “moving time” – try not to stop your watch during your run!
