Graham Fisher's International 'It's A Knockout'!

This is the first year St Michael's Hospice is hosting an 'It's a Knockout' competition and we are very excited about it! We are looking for teams of mixed sex and ages each containing 8 to 10 people to join in the fun whilst raising sponsorship in aid of the Hospice. Based around the popular TV programme, teams will be competing against each other to win the title of 'St Michael's Hospice It's a Knockout Champions 2010'.

The minimum age for a team member is 16 years old. If you are aged 16 to 18 you will need parental consent provided in a letter. There is no upper age limit. All team members should be considered reasonably fit and healthy and be prepared to get a bit wet!

Each team member needs to pay a non-refundable deposit of £15 and then is asked to raise a minimum of £35 sponsorship on top.

This is a fantastic day out for spectators as well as competitors, with a bar, BBQ, ice cream van amongst other temptations! You will see 3-metre high characters, giant inflatables, water pools and much more!
