Portable Appliance Tester Required

We require a volunteer, preferably a retired or semi-retired electrician, who could work for at least 1 day a week at our Leominster Warehouse. Tasks will include carrying out portable appliance tests (PAT tests) on all electrical goods to a legal standard and information recording onto paper format, complying with Health and Safety legislation.

A half-day training course will need to be undertaken in Birmingham or Bristol; travel and course fees will be paid for by the Hospice.
