Returns & refund policy
Unfortunately we are currently unable to accept orders for delivery outside the UK & Republic of Ireland. Please allow 14 days for delivery. In the unlikely event that you want to return your goods, St Michael’s Hospice offers a 10 day returns policy. Refunds will only be issued if the original packaging is intact. If any of your products are damaged on arrival, or you have any other enquiries, please call 01432 851000 and ask to speak to the Retail & Trading team or email on info@st-michaels-hospice.org.uk
