St Michael’s Hospice Giving Card

There have been many changes over the last 25 years not least in the way we pay for goods and services. The personal cheque has all but been replaced by chip and pin debit and credit cards, you no longer have to sign your name but remember many and various numbers! To ensure that we move with the times and enable our supporters to continue to make vital donations we have teamed up with local company Allpay to make cash giving even easier with a new ‘Giving Card’.

Cash donations to the Hospice may now also be made at any shop displaying the PayPoint logo. There are 25 in Herefordshire and you can find a full list of locations at www.paypoint.co.uk. The bit that really makes the difference to us is that if you complete the Gift Aid declaration which comes with the card we can currently claim an extra 28p for every £1 you donate. That turns a gift of £5 into £6.40; every extra penny really does make a difference and helps towards the £3 million plus that we have to raise this year to keep our essential service going.
