Room Bookings & Conference Facilities

Education facilities at St Michael’s Hospice are available for hire in the Freda Pearce Study Centre.

These facilities consist of:

MAIN LECTURE / CONFERENCE ROOM

Seating 25 people

A second room may be available if required

Audio / Visual aids include:

TV, VIDEO, OVERHEAD PROJECTOR, POWERPOINT FACILITY, SLIDE PROJECTOR, FLIP CHART, AUDIO CASSETTE PLAYER

£80.00 per day £45.00 per half day £15.00 per hour

LIBRARY

£40.00 per day £25.00 per half day £10.00 per hour

DAY HOSPICE (max 25)

£55.00 per day (Monday only)

Refreshments:

• Tea / Coffee and Biscuits £3.50 per head
• Cold Finger Buffet £5.75 per head
• Soup and Sandwiches £3.50 per head
• Sandwiches £2.00 per head

Note that charges are reduced by 25% for local community groups, other charities and churches.
