Conference Facilities

Adjacent to the main Hospice building is the Freda Pearce Study Centre and professional library. This is a single storey building in which we deliver our education courses and training workshops. These facilities are available for hire and offer organisations and group an excellent location for conferences, workshops, training and meetings.

The facilities consist of:-

MAIN LECTURE/CONFERENCE ROOM SEATING 25 PEOPLE
A second room may be available if required

 

Audio/Visual aids include:-

TV, VIDEO, OVERHEAD PROJECTOR, POWERPOINT FACILITY, SLIDE PROJECTOR, FLIP CHART, AUDIO CASSETTE/CD PLAYER

£75.00 per day £40.00 per half day £10.00 per hour

Library
£35.00 per day £20.00 per half day £5.00 per hour

 

Refreshments

Tea/Coffee and Biscuits £3.00 per head
Cold Finger Buffet £5.25 per head
Soup and Sandwiches £3.00 per head

Note that charges are reduced 25% for local community groups, other charities and churches
